I think he is totally skirting the issue of whether he would or wouldn't sign a national ban. I imagine the statement was written for him by someone who actually can produce careful English sentences. And given his past behavior courting the religious right, I have little doubt that he would sign national legislation to ban abortion.
I think the Tempe voters would have approved the stadium vote if it was only for the arena and shops without all the apartments. Choice property, but it is at the end of one of the busiest runways in the U.S.
