Our neighborhood (Woodland Park) gated our alleys recently as participants in the pilot program.Totally shut down the dumping of bricks, concrete, and other construction trash, as well as stopped people from dumpster diving and leaving the trash all over the place. We will be keeping track to see if there's any impact on other crime.
