I know the law states that the Maricopa Board has to select from the three nominees, but I wonder if they might stall and, in effect, leave the position vacant instead of selecting a nut? If they did, leaving the House tied between GOP & Dem, wouldn't that then force compromise on the budget, a "cottage food" bill, etc.?

Tamales (which I Love) schmales. As my mother used to say, it’s all fun and games until someone gets hurt. If that bill passed and someone’s child got ill or god forbid, died, then what? Who put the bill up in the first place? Think of what could happen then wipe it from your mind, it is just not feasible. Let them make tamales and lower the penalty or fine. When will this ridiculously outlandish lie stop? 2020 is over. Big orange lost. Stephen Richer is scared to renew or purchase new Dominion products for fear of violence. Really? Fox lost too, Tucker is out. Congratulations Rachel, the Guardian, prestigious.

I must've missed something regarding that Montenegro probe request for the Tempe special election because the link takes you to a story that says this story is still developing. Anyone have access to any updates?

It's kind of weird to see journalists casually conflating cottage foods like cookies and breads with perishable foods that include meat and require refrigeration.

I don't think anyone begrudges you guys covering the "political" angle of the bill, but maybe also discuss the facts—or put the question how to square the food safety circle to the supporters of the tamale bill.
